Room to let in my three bedroom house in Hawkinge. Newly decorated room with small double bed, double wardrobe, large cupboard and chest of drawers. I’m currently using room as a gym but will get a new bed and mattress prior to commencement of tenancy. You will have use of the bathroom with my daughter when she is home from uni there is a further bathroom that I use so a lot of the time the bathroom will be your own.
