We live just outside Hawkinge in a three storey rurally situated house. We have a single room available with a bathroom next to it available after the existing tenant has served notice. We have all the usual amenities, washing machine, cooking facilities WiFi etc etc together with on road parking and a garden. There are lovely rural views from the room yet we are only two minutes walk from the nearest bus stop for those that do not have a car. The room is available from 1st March. Viewings can be made at any time, and you will be able to speak with the other tenants should you wish. We look forward to having another person in this happy household.. Rent is £425 per calendar month.
