Modern and clean property in herne bay. I am a happy easy going, laid back person who gets on with most people. Bedroom comes with fitted wardrobes, a double bed, 42" TV, chest of drawers and bedside tables
There is plenty of parking on the road. Although I smoke myself there is strictly no smoking within my home but i have a garden where you csn go to smoke. I do have a daughter that lives with me half of the week and stays with her dad the other half. Nearby there is a train station, plenty of bus stops, post office, news agents, fish and chip shop and I'm fairly close to the town centre. The room includes all bills apart from food, which is down to the tenant to provide for themselves. I ask for 2 weeks deposit along with a weeks rent in advance.
