Lovely Spacious Spare Room To Rent

Hi, I have a spare room to rent in Herne Bay just a short walk away from a main bus route to get into Herne Bay, Whitstable & Canterbury. The room is a good size & can easily fit a double bed into it a single bed is provided but your welcome to bring your own furniture. It also has a free parking space outside which is not being used at the moment. I work full time so I am looking for a professional female to share my home with. I am a very clean & tidy person & love my house to smell nice. All bills are included the Bathroom, Living Room & Kitchen are all shared.
