Garden cabin in our own garden.
Looking over to the fields it’s peaceful and gives you some seclusion.
It’s well insulated with double doors leading on to a small decked area.
Double glazed windows to the side.
Small toilet block with a Portaloo and Sink.
Mains water can be accessed from the front of the property.
It’ comes with a new double bed and mattress the newer foam Emma type mattresses.
Fridge along with a small double wardrobe and an electric oil filled heater.
We’re 15 minutes to Canterbury or 25 mins to Margate. Sturry train station is only 5 minutes in a car.
The cabin itself is set back in our own garden and it’s shaded by big oak trees.
It’s a lovely quiet part of our garden.
I have included the WiFi and normal use
Of electric in with the rent.
