.The house has been completely renovated in 2017 and is located in a prime, quiet cul-de-sac, one minute's walk from High Brooms railway station, one stop from Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge and on the main line to London. It has off-road space for two cars and a further dedicated space in front of the house. High Brooms station offers a non-stop service to London Bridge at peak times.

The new kitchen and downstairs bathroom includes underfloor heating with electrically operated Velux windows with automatic closing if it rains. Bi-fold doors lead into the south facing sunny garden with an access corridor to the street. The utility room contains newly purchased washing machine and tumble dryer and the kitchen, a large fridge/freezer and dishwasher.

The double room has its own cupboard and is very quiet, overlooking the garden. There is a boarded loft with easy access to a massive storage area. There are two bathrooms, upstairs and downstairs.
