Great commuter room & office space

Im looking for a professional lodger.

It's a 4-bed home with only one resident (me), on-street parking, 5 mins walk from High Brooms Station which is 40 minutes into London Bridge (or on to Charing Cross).

There is a small garden, a garage with a work bench and plenty of storage room.

There is a living room that I only use 4 days a month. It has a lot of space and could be used exclusively beyond those 4 days, and entirely during the week, making it ideal for an office for a hybrid worker.

All areas would be communal bar my room.

I have a cleaner in once a fortnight for communal spaces.

I actually have two rooms spare but I only want a single lodger. The other room is currently a guest room with a double bed, but I am flexible as to setup.

The advertised room is currently empty but I could furnish it if needed.

Note that the desk pictured in the dining room will be moved out of the room shortly into a non-communal space. There shower over the bath.

I'm 41 and a normal, professional, sensible guy. I am looking primarily for someone easy to live with.

Applicants must provide proof of Right to Rent in the UK, as well as proof of current employment, in addition to a reference from either a previous landlord or their employer.
