Double room with en suite for professional

We have a lovely modern double room with an en suite shower available. House mates are Ronald 54 year old Physiotherapist and Manager at a local private hospital and his Son Wilber soon to be 21, currently working for the Royal Mail and applying for the police force. Two lovely gentle cats also love in the home. Generally keeping themselves to themselves unless invited for attention. The house is located near to a local church, walks, the Beach and has easy access to bus routes and getting into Herne Bay town centre. It’s a quiet household, friendly but everyone generally cooks and chills in the evenings. Strictly a no smoking household please.
