The monthly fee includes all bills including a cleaner who cleans the whole house every two weeks.

I'm looking for a working professional individual who is very clean and tidy.

There is a lovely village pub just a stones throw away from the house which serves exceptional food and has a lovely garden area.

The train station, with direct links into London in just over one hour, is a 15 minute walk or a two minute drive away with free parking. Alternatively, the M20 is just a two minute drive away, so another great option for commuting to work.
