Busses are available walking distance.
Isle of grain is Around a 15 minutes drive away.

St Warbergh medical practice 5 minutes walk as well as Hoo dentist. There’s a local gym and a village post office situated in the local spar. An award winning fish & chip shop, domino’s pizza, Indian take away/restaurant all walking distance plus 2 friendly pubs and a working men’s club.

Hoo marina and a lovely Portuguese restaurant also nearby.

Strood and Rochester train station are a few minutes drive away where there is access to the high speed trains into London

The Medway Tunnel is also a few minutes drive away with access to the University of Kent and Medway Hospital as well as shopping, restaurants and cinema in Dockside Retail Outlet.
Bluewater Shopping Centre is also within easy access by car.
