Gorgeous Houseboat looking for roomies 🤍

I have 2 rooms for rent in a very large boat on Hoo marina.

They will be available come mid November.

The room will come furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, rail or wardrobe depending what room and a bedside table. If you want no furniture or just a bed etc then please let me know and I can sort that out for you.

You will have a shared bathroom between the two rooms (there are 2x full sized bathrooms on the lower deck where the rooms are), full use of the bottom and middle floor of the boat including a workshop for storage, 2 living rooms, a disco room with hot tub, huge kitchen, utility room and deck.

You’d have a huge cupboard each in the kitchen for food and a fridge freezer to share (you and tennant 2, I would have my own separate).

WiFi is strong plus we have boosters - business BT so designed for multiple users.

Parking is available at an extra £15 per week. That’s the Marinas fees so can’t be budged.

Housing benefit not accepted unfortunately. But I can take cash/paypal/bank transfer etc for monthly rent.

£350 holding fee that you get back at the end of your tenancy unless you start smashing TV’s and stuff.
The day of rent is completely down to what suits you best and your decision of the day. We can also do it weekly and work out the maths or whatever makes your life easier.

I am available to accommodate females, single mums with up to 2 children (this is an 8 bedroom boat and I already have a child so I can make it work for this to happen, it’s hard renting when you’re a single mum and this would already be providing playrooms and disco spaces etc) and potentially couples.

My requirements are to be between the ages of 18-49. I live here with my 5 year old daughter so I hope you can understand my preference of gender/living situation but the space is just too big for the two of us. I work from home and own my own business so I’m in a lot, however I pretty much stay on the top floor or go to the kitchen; with the size of the boat we could easily become passing ships and have to actually plan a coffee at the kitchen island in the morning 🤣

My partner is here a couple nights a week but we have an entire top floor as I said so you’d never see him really unless passing in the kitchen.

I am hoping to find people I can get on with, that are tidy and well mannered and don’t mind animals (I have a pocket bully and Sphynx) and will get on with my daughter and respect each others privacy.

We are about to start slowly decorating so it’s not so extremely white in here SOOO with that you have full freelance to do as you please with your room on the boat. currently it’s white walls and dark blue/grey carpet however as long as you are paying for it, I give you full creative outlet to do as you please and so it makes you happy.

All bills (minus parking) are included.
