Wood Joiner / Painter part-time Exchanged for Rent

Apartment share overlooking the water on a ship.

My offer is exchange the above for:

1-2 weeks painting for 4 weeks rent. I have a steel boat which I paint every two years. It needs some preparation work, with hammer and power tool, (some wood work if you have these skills), priming and top coats.

I will be on hand to supervise and help when needed, while I do my work.

Male or female is fine. There are also other internal works or similar deal jobs at other properties.
