Cosy countryside cottage with double room to rent

Hello!

I am looking to rent out the spare double room of my cosy cottage in Ightham now that my current lodger is moving elsewhere.

The room has a double bed, wardrobe and full-length mirror. Private use of the family bathroom will be for this room, which includes a shower/bath.

All bills are included, and my home has a private driveway just in front for parking.

My home is a beautiful cosy cottage in the countryside away from the hustle and bustle of towns. Being a very short drive away from Borough Green for shops and the station (for trains up to London Victoria), it is conveniently located for tranquility.

In terms of amenities, I have a garden behind the house as well as the private driveway in front away from a main road. The house comes with a large kitchen, lounge and “garden room” (dining room + smart lounge area), utility room and 3 restrooms. I also have a garage next door to the house.

About me: I am a friendly and considerate 29-year old who is looking to find someone to live with in my cottage with my characterful 20-year old cat, Ginger, and my 3-month old kitten, Caline. They are both sweeties, but as you can imagine - one is very slow and sleeps a lot, the other runs around full of energy! I work as a Civil Servant and work from home 2 - 3 days a week, the rest in London. I have family and friends nearby, having grown up in the area (which I love!). I enjoy cooking, going to the gym, discovering nice walks in the area, spending time with my loved ones, and (being half French) the odd cheese + wine evening!
