Spacious room available in large 4 bed house with 3 toilets/2 bathrooms, separate dining room, large 40m long garden and off street parking for several cars.

The room available for rent is on its own floor with the shower room. Whilst my room is upstairs with an ensuite so the shower room will be primarily yours with the one other housemate.

Kings size bed. (new bed and mattress included)
The room is warm with two large sash windows that get beautiful light in the morning.
There is built in storage and an additional clothes rail if needed and plenty of room for a desk or chest of drawers (not supplied)

A 3rd spare room is currently in use as a studio but can be shared as an extra living or creative space if you need it. So would be an ideal share for any one else creative.

About me:
I work freelance as a creative designer, so most of the time I commute to London, otherwise I am working from home. So could suit a housemate who does the same commute and would like to ride share.


The other housemate is a professional female.
I do have a dog, so someone who loves dogs would be preferable!
Ideally looking for friendly professional housemates to Netflix binge, cook with and pop to the pub with every now and again!
