wifi broadband and sky tv included as well as use of large very comfortable living room and dining area for meals and to relax in the. evening.
There is a tv input and small fridge in the room which also has ample clothes storage and 2 small 3 draw units for the use of potential tenant/lodger the only thing to bring would be personal bedding and towels.

I run my own consultancy from home and also potential tenant must be fine living with a very well behaved dog called Ted. The house is very comfortable and kept to a high standard so tenant MUST be clean and tidy, there is ample parking just outside the property for parking of vehicle if required.

I will consider someone on dss as long as they can make all rent and deposit payments in full and on time and to keep reasonably busy during the day because of me working at home (no couch potatoes I mean that in a nice way!).
