Seeking a housemate for a large, owner occupied, detached house in Knockholt village. Would suit a young professional who works remotely or on a hybrid working arrangement. Knockholt station nearby with mainline access to London. J4 M25 less than 10 mins away.

Double room with a new bed and a Simba mattress. Generous built-in storage. Shared bathroom facilities and a study/office.

Large open plan living area and kitchen. Separate utility and downstairs toilet.

Large garden, summerhouse, greenhouse, shed and patio area. Garage for storage if required.

I am looking for someone who can enjoy the space and everything it has to offer but also look after it. I work overseas at times and so the ideal housemate should be comfortable living in the house on their own for short periods of time. My preference is for a female housemate, only because I work in an all-male environment and having a female influence at home has been really refreshing. That said, I am open to either a male or female lodger, so please don't put off applying!
