Double Room with its own entrance, garden

Lovely double room on the bottom floor of a 3 story townhouse. The room comes with its own seperate access through the garden via the back gate, as well as its own toilet. The room is currently the dining room that you see in the pictures and I am currently converting it to a bedroom that will be ready within the next week.
I live alone and have my own ensuite bathroom. There is another main bathroom that is essentially shared although I hardly use it. All bills are included with fibre WIFI. Use of washing machine, tumble dryer, american fridge freezer.
I am just in the process of furnishing the room and would be happy to discuss with an interested lodger what furnishings they would like if I am contacted in time. The room is planned to have a double bed, Desk and clothing storage.
The house is modern and appliances are top of the range with large American style fridge freezer.


As the bedroom for rent opens up onto the garden it therefore comes with the room and is for the private use of the lodger.

The house is in close proximity to a large Tesco and leisure centre and has public transport links nearby.

I would like to share my home with a clean/tidy easy going friendly person. I am open to couples or an adult with a child and would adjust the monthly rent accordingly.
