This is a proper home, not a house share, and I'm looking for the right person to be part of it.
The room itself is a generous double, decorated in calm duck-egg blue with plantation shutters that let in lovely natural light. There's a double bed, large fitted sliding wardrobe and two chests of drawers (I'm happy to clear anything out you don't need and make the space completely your own)

You'll have your own private bathroom, fully tiled in white, with a bath and shower over the bath, WC, and basin. Small but perfectly formed.

Shared spaces are yours to use freely and comfortably. The sitting room has Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ and Apple TV; come and put your feet up. The kitchen is fully equipped, and you're welcome to use everything in it, including the washer/dryer and all appliances. I want whoever moves in to feel genuinely at home, not like a guest. There's also a lovely garden that really comes into its own in the warmer months.

I share the house with two elderly pets: a small dog and a cat, both incredibly gentle and loving. They won't set foot in your room, but they will absolutely win you over in the sitting room.

Getting here and getting around:
New Hythe station is a short walk away, West Malling is ten minutes by car, and the M20/A20 are close for drivers. Larkfield Leisure Centre, with its excellent pools, gym and sauna, is less than five minutes' walk away. Maidstone, Kings Hill and local shops and cafés are all easily accessible.
