My home is 10 minute walk to the train station with trains to London Victoria and Ashford International. There is parking close to the house and I would invite you to come along and view the property to see its natural charm. Viewings by appointment.
My house is in the picturesque and extremely old village of Lenham, 10 miles drive to Maidstone, 12 miles from Ashford and 22 miles from Canterbury.
Easy access to the M20 leading to all the major roads in the south.
The house is new and there is a kitchen /dining room fully stocked with kitchen appliances, down stairs toilet and a south facing garden.

I would consider short or long term lets.
I am not a smoker and have broadband and Netflix.
