My house is in the picturesque and extremely old village of Lenham, 10 miles drive to Maidstone, 12 miles from Ashford and 22 miles from Canterbury.
Easy access to the M20 leading to all the major roads in the south.
The house is new and there is a kitchen /dining room fully stocked with kitchen appliances, down stairs toilet and a south facing garden.
