He’s looking for someone warm and considerate to share his home and offer a reassuring presence, especially in the evenings, along with help with a few simple tasks each week.

🏡 The Room

A bright single room with a single bed with plenty of storage and there’s enough space to accommodate a double bed if preferred. The home offers off-road parking, two generous living areas both with a TV and all bills included. It is comfortable, welcoming and features a beautiful, well-kept back garden.

A kind, friendly and reliable person who enjoys a peaceful home and relaxing company, who is happy to help with light household tasks and gardening, cook an evening meal for you to share 2-3 times a week and maybe a weekly trip out for lunch or something nice.
