He’s looking for someone warm and considerate to share his home and offer a reassuring presence and companionship, especially in the evenings and help with a few simple tasks each week.

A bright and spacious 3-bedroom detached house located in the heart of Lenham, just a 2-minute walk from the charming market village centre and train station. The home includes:

▶︎ A shared, light-filled kitchen and living room
▶︎ Two generous living areas – a cosy lounge and a large conservatory, both with TVs
▶︎ A shared bathroom with a walk-in shower, plus a downstairs cloakroom
▶︎ A beautiful, well-kept back garden
▶︎ Off-road parking with space for up to three cars

🛌 Your Room

A bright single room with a single bed, built-in wardrobe, and chest of drawers. There is enough space to accommodate a double bed if preferred. There may be scope to bring your own furniture.

⚡️ All Bills Included

Electricity, water, gas, council tax and Wi-Fi are all covered in one affordable monthly rent.

You’ll be sharing with a kind and gentle 87-year-old former RAF gentleman who enjoys a peaceful, relaxed home. Since losing his wife two years ago, he appreciates friendly company in the evenings for reassurance and a chat. He has carers who assist with daily tasks and housework, so the help he’s looking for is more about presence and companionship. A housemate who enjoys gardening, astronomy, old films or war documentaries would be particularly at home here.
