Entire Cottage to rent

I am looking for a reliable, respectful, clean Tennant to live in my house.
You will have sole use of the entire house since I plan to be away travelling. For that reason, I would ask that you cover the gas and electric bill as well as the rent.

Might suit a single someone who is looking for a temp stop gap home between forever homes or due to a relocation. May consider the right couple of a small family but rent above is indicative of a single-person occupancy.

The rental is for a maximum of 6 months only after which time I will return to the uk to live in the house.

Accessible village on outskirts of Canterbury city. Pub, shop and bus stop within 5 minutes walking distance.

Inside is a full furnished, open plan, kitchen, dining room and living room with a log burner. Outside there is a nice garden to the rear with a summer house that can be used as a remote working space, a patch of grass and a greenhouse.
