Room to rent in a quiet village just outside of Canterbury. Quick access to A2 for those who drive or there is a regular bus service into town.
Room currently contains a king size bed, smart tv and storage.
Bills included, council tax, electric, water, internet. (I am open to sharing the cost of a cleaner for an extra cost)
Shared living space includes:
Hallway with coat and shoe storage.
Large bathroom with shower and seperate bath
Large sofa and log burner in the living room.
Kitchen has a dining table and all the gadets you could possibly need to cook with.
Laundy room (so no need for drying clothes lying around the house)
Medium sized enclosed garden which gets sun from morning through to late afternoon.

I work locally during the day and can be found playing sport or meeting friends a few evenings a week.
Also enjoy cooking and baking.
Looking for someone that wants a home rather than just a room.
