The lodger:
The Landlady is looking for a lodger/ a couple, who will be happy to provide 12-15 hours per week of flexible company and some help with cooking, in exchange of affordable accommodation
The ideal lodger will be a lady or a man over the age of 25 years.

Please note there is a trial of 1 week prior to the move-in.

Fees:
The monthly fees are £230 for 1 person (this includes all bills such as council tax, utilities and the monthly subscription to share my home.). There are no other charges.

PETs: the landlady would be happy to have a small well-behaved dog move in! Sorry no cats due to allergies.
