The cottage comprises of a main living area with dining facilities, Freesat TV and sofa. There is a small fitted kitchen with electric oven, double induction hob, microwave and fridge. There is a downstairs shower room and toilet. In the main living area there are fairly steep wooden stairs leading to an attic sleeping area which has two roof windows, giving great views to the surrounding countryside. This area does have restricted headroom (5ft 6in at apex.)In this area there is a double bed (4ft 6in) and a single bed (3ft). Designated parking space.

Rent £205 per week includes water and council tax (no gas). Electricity is metered and charged monthly in arrears.

The cottage is on a farm situated in a nice quiet country lane on the North Downs in an area of outstanding natural beauty, standing in 12.5 acres of private grounds. Although rural, the farm is only 10 minutes drive from the A2, 25 minutes drive away from Bluewater Shopping Centre and 15 minutes drive to the local train station for trains into London Victoria. Central London is only 34 miles away.
