The farm is a non-working farm, situated in a nice quiet country lane on the North Downs in an area of outstanding natural beauty, standing in 12.5 acres of private grounds, made up of fields and woodland. Although rural, the farm is only 10 minutes drive from the A2 and 15/20 minutes drive to the local train stations for trains into London Victoria. Central London is only 34 miles away.

Attached to the farmhouse is a lovely self-contained lodge. The Lodge comprises of a large room with double bed, wardrobe, chests of drawers, TV, DVD player, tea making facilities, microwave, mini fridge, en-suite shower and toilet, and own separate front entrance . Wi-Fi is also available. Please note there is no kitchen in the lodge.
Price: £155pw. Rent to be paid four weekly in advance and a refundable deposit of two weeks rent (£310) is required when booking.
The Lodge is non-smoking/non-vaping accommodation.
