Bedroom, shower room, living room / diner, storage area, patio and off-road parking. Everything is electric and the property is metered. Electricity is not included in the rent. There is no TV but everything is there including Wi fi and a satellite dish. My wife and I live opposite the property in The Bakehouse and can help with any minor problems. The town is quiet, very close to the countryside and great beaches like Camber and Littleton. Lydd has three pubs three small supermarkets a garage that sells fuel, doctors surgery and two dentists. Ashford is only 20 minutes away on a good day. The picturesque Dungeness area is 10 minutes away.
