Separate kitchen with the usual appliances, including integrated dishwasher, washing machine and a full range of kitchen equipment. Bathroom with bath and over head good pressure shower. The garden is a sun trap and a really nice tranquil place which i redesigned this summer. There is plenty of storage including a large accessible/boarded loft and shed. Whilst no specific off road parking, the road is private and therefore free parking. There are a couple of lovely country pubs nearby and Penenden Heath which boasts a lovely big park and small row of shops. 15 -20 minutewalk into town and Maidstone East train station. You will be sharing with my friend and current Iodger Artur who works nights Mon - Fri, aged 27 and is very friendly. He rents a second double bedroom.
