I'm looking for a single professional person to compliment the four existing amazing tenants who have lived here since turning my home into a registered HMO. The flat is furnished and has quality carpet throughout. There is a huge bath and shower room used by 3 of the tenants so would suit someone in their twenties to fifties. The kitchen has dining facilities which makes for a nice communal feel. Only refurbished 18 months ago. There also is an outside seating/BBQ area for those sunny days. All bills are included.
