In the room: Central heating, 150Mbps wireless broadband, TV aerial socket, TV supplied if required, fully furnished with pine furniture, pine double bed, your own large shower & basin, large window overlooking the garden makes room light & airy. All clean and in good condition, recently been refurbished.
Shared amenities: large well equipped kitchen/diner, lounge with cable TV (100's of channels), 2 toilets, utility room, conservatory, garden, off road parking for total of 6 cars.
We are 3 miles from Maidstone town centre on a main bus route (a bus every 15 minutes) with easy road access to the M20.
Local shops including large convenience store and several takeaway food outlets only 150 metres away. If you need any more information please contact me I will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
