A large ground floor room to let in a spacious house.
The room itself is unfurnished but there is fully furnished basement lounge and ground floor kitchen.

There are two toilets and a bathroom including a shower on the first floor.

The house is located within walking distance to town and Maidstone east train station and isn't far from junction 6 on the M20. There is residential parking but it's permit only.

I like to try and keep the house clean and tidy so I'd appreciate someone who is not messy. Pets would be okay but probably not a cat or a dog as I have budgies that fly freely in my room.

I am also a tenant here so you would need to be vetted by the landlord who are based next door but I have been here a while and they have been friendly and helpful and have never caused me any issues.
