A room in a lovely Victorian terrace house within walking distance to Maidstone town centre and Maidstone East train station. There’s a south facing garden and large windows that let in plenty of light.

All bills are included in the price and there is permit parking available. The room is £600pcm and is furnished, but this can be un-furnished if preferred. The room is a loft room and lets in plenty of light and is very spacious.

I am looking for housemates who are clean and kind and are happy being social or in their own company, respecting each other’s privacy.

I ask for one months deposit, and one months notice when leaving.
