I am looking to rent out my bedroom in a 2 bed end of terrace house with private garden.

The room has a double bed, a large built in wardrobe and a sizeable desk. A big window provides lots of natural light.

There are 2 bathrooms, one of those is a downstairs toilet, shared living room with sofa, armchair, TV, and access to the garden. Kitchen with dishwasher, fridge feezer, microwave, oven/hob, washing machine.

The garden gets sunshine for most of the day and has a decked area with table and chairs perfect for summer.

The house is less than a 3 minute walk to Morrisons and within a 10 minute drive to Maidstone town centre with good bus links.

You will be sharing the property with my brother who co-owns the house with myself. He is a 25 year old professional who enjoys gaming and keeps himself to himself.
