Basement to rent

Hello how are you? I am Sandy and I am renting the basement room in my home. The basement has been tanked so no dampnes and does have a bedroom window which gives lots of light and fresh air. The house has been converted into 2 flats and I own the ground floor. The front door is camera alarmed. My flat comes with its own front and back gaden in which is open for acces to the person who rents the basement of my property. The hall has acces to the large bathroom which is to share. The larged shared kitchen diner has acces to lounge and french doors to the garden where you can hang fresh washed laundy and sit down at patio table and admire the flower beds.
The home is a very cosy warm comfortable environment and as only sharing with myself its a nice quiet private environment place to live. I generally work away doing live in care from time to time. All bills netflix wi fi cleaning and cleaning fluids included in the rent which is £700 Per month and deposit. The property benefits of newly fitted central heating a new boiler and carbon monoxide detector. The house has electrical smoke and heat protectors and has been checked by a fire safery officer in which I have a safety certificate.
