Room for rent

I have a 2 bed flat and I live on the property. I am renting a double/single basement room. I will accept two people but price may differ if double occupied. All bills are included. To share a very large kitchen also large bathroom with a bath/shower and separate shower cubicle . This is a very calm warm Homely environment and very near the town of maidstone which has lots of restaurants and bars also a good shopping centre. Parking permit if needed.
