2 double rooms to rent, in a big victorian house, (the video I posted is quite old and the house has been redecorated, but at least gives an idea of spaciousness and light).
Located in a lovely and fairly quiet area of Maidstone, a few minutes walk from little a farm, a path along the river and two small parks of which one is a free natural reserve.
Small shops (of which one is a Spar) next door or walking distance.

All rooms have a build in victorian sink which is quite a charming touch. Big communal carpeted living/dining area and medium size rustic kitchen with electric stove.

To share with 2 very well beahved cats myself and another woman, we are both osteopaths and work full time.

Council tax band B, not included in the rent price.
