Hey! We have two rooms available in this social but peaceful house just outside of Maidstone, near the hospital. The house is for sale so any rent will be short term, with a short notice period.

The house is big and comfortable... Two bathrooms! Plus separate dining room, living room and kitchen.
You have the choice of three different rooms as I don't mind which one I use:
Room option 1 is a large double on the first floor with awesome walk in wardrobe. £160 per week.
Room option 2 is a double on the first floor. £150 per week.
Room option 3 is a large double on the lower ground floor. £140 per week.
You'll be sharing with Alexey a welder (M) and Dan a construction professional/live-in landlord (M).
Suitable for working professionals, who are down to earth, easy-going and respectful. Ideally in their 20s/30s and have things in common - mainly fitness and the outdoors!
The room comes furnished.
