The House: Totally renovated throughout, this spacious, high-quality home has a maximum of 11 housemates, although we are currently renting only 6, the further 5 will be released February 2024.

The Room: Your large double bedroom has modern furniture consisting of a double bed, brand new comfy mattress, bedside table with industrial style lamp, double three drawer chest, artwork and blackout blinds. There is also a a relaxing area with 2 comfy beanbags!
The ensuite has a shower, wc and basin. The room is available from 24th April and is £675 per month including all bills.

The Bills: Your rent covers the cost of all bills (gas/electricity, water, council tax, tv license) and includes unlimited fibre broadband. We also provide a cleaner for the communal areas every two weeks.

The Tenants: We would prefer professional, tidy and respectful tenants.

Landlord: A family-run business, we don't use letting agents and manage the property ourselves, so we are available personally for our tenants if there are any issues and there are no hidden charges. We ask for 1 months’ rent upfront and 1 months’ rent as a deposit, which is registered with the government. We ensure all our properties are safe, secure and well-maintained.
