Lodger required - Small double furnished room

Small double room available in Maidstone (ME16).
My husband and I live in a lovely 4-bed house with our two miniature schnauzers (dogs).
We are looking for a lodger, to rent one of the spare double rooms. There is already another lodger in the other spare room. You will have full access to the living room, media room, bathroom (with bath and shower), dining room, kitchen and garden. The house has broadband and the price includes all bills. The house is on a quiet street and there is only street parking.
The room is available from 5 July 2024.
Our preference is for a female (although males will be considered), who is fine with dogs (but no additional pets allowed unless in a crate e. g. reptiles).
I work in London, and my husband is a freelancer. Ideally, you will be a professional, clean, tidy and who is respectful of the house. Students would be considered.
We're flexible on the length of time, and a lodger agreement will need to be signed. References will be required and 1-month's rent as a security deposit.
