Looking for professional, non-smoker ideally.

Room is a double room, garden facing
at £625 a month. All bills included, including TV licence and WiFi. Living room with 65" TV, XBOX etc and dining table, shared kitchen and reasonable sized garden with patio available for use.

Current inhabitants are male, 35, and male, 24, both professionals. There is one cat on the premises. He is a sweet little dude and will absolutely give you cuddles if you make friends with him.

Room provided furnished (Bed, wardrobe, desk and chair). Unfurnished room can be organised.
