I am looking for a clean and friendly person to rent my spare room in my well furnished, clean and modern house.

All bills inclusive located close to Maidstone town. Close to all amenities and transport links. Only a five minute walk into town centre. 15 minute walk to Maidstone East and Maidstone West train stations.

The living space is open plan with the kitchen. There is a sofa and a tv with double patio doors opening onto the shared garden. You will have full use of these areas and the bathroom which is shared.

The kitchen has all necessary accessories: fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and cooker.

The bathroom has a shower and a separate bath.

Garden at the rear of the property.

One month rent in advance and a deposit is required. No pets.
