Single bedroom situated on the first floor at the front of the house, includes a single bed with bedside table, chest of drawer, a small table & chair, it also comes with its own kitchenette comprising of a fridge freezer, sink, small electric hob & oven. The rent includes the bills for water, council tax (C) and gas. The tenant is responsible for paying for the electricity use in the room via the pre-payment meter in the room and providing their own Wi-Fi. The tenant is also responsible for paying for their electricity use in the communal shower rooms/utility room via the pre- payment meters.

The prospective tenant can choose to pay 5 weeks rent deposit or a deposit replacement option is available via REPOSIT subject to a minimum fee of £150. We will also need to confirm an annual income of at least £16,050 from the prospective tenant.

🟧 You will need to pay a holding deposit equivalent to one week's rent per tenancy to reserve a property or room. Please Note: This will be withheld if any relevant person (including any guarantor(s)) withdraw from the tenancy, fail a Right to Rent check provide materially significant false or misleading information or fail to sign their tenancy agreement (and / or Deed of Guarantee) within 15 calendar days (or other Deadline for Agreement as mutually agreed in writing). At the point of signing the tenancy agreement, we will refund the holding deposit to you.
