Two furnished rooms for the sole use of 1 person. ME14 area of Maidstone, close to the Prison and 5 min walk from town centre/ East Station.

You would have:
1 bedroom plus a seperate lounge area.

This is in a shared house with 1 other male resident/landlord.

You will share:
Kitchen, dining room, bathroom and garden. There is on street parking with permit.

The rent is £700 pcm, rent paid 1 month in advance, a small deposit required.

All bills, gas, electricity, council tax, wifi are all included in the monthly rent.

We do not except couples.
