Room available - Maidstone house share

I have two double rooms available to rent in my 3-bedroom house, located just a 15-minute walk from the town centre and train stations. The property includes a shared lounge, kitchen, and a large garden. There is permit parking available on the road.

The house has been recently redecorated with new bathrooms, radiators, boiler, etc.

Both rooms are neutrally decorated and bright. One is a good sized double room with a double bed (currently let). The second, also a double room (available), currently has a single bed, but I’m happy to consider a tenant’s request to furnish it with a double bed at their own expense.

There are two bathrooms each with a shower. Tenants will share a bathroom equipped with a toilet, sink, and shower.

All bills are included in the rent.

As a single professional male, I’m ideally looking for professional male tenants who will appreciate a clean, quiet, and friendly home environment.
