All bills are included in the price. The room is £850pcm - including all bills - and is furnished. The room and en-suite is on its own floor giving privacy and your own personal space. It also has a large wardrobe and storage under the bed. The room also has a large TV with a fire stick included.

I am looking for housemates who are clean and kind and are happy being social or in their own company, respecting each other’s privacy.

There are 4 rooms at the property and 3 of them are occupied by myself, one other female and a male. The room is available from October 8th.

I ask for one months deposit, and one months notice when leaving.
