I have a bright and sunny single bedroom available on the Tonbridge Road with a short bus ride to Maidstone Hospital and a 20 min walk into Maidstone Town Centre. The house is set back from the main road and is opposite a large beautiful green park with amenities such as a tennis court. The closest bus stop towards Maidstone Town Centre is a 3 min walk from the house and the closest bus stop towards Maidstone Hospital is just across the road. Tesco and Sainsbury's are just a 5 min and 10 min walk away, respectively. There is also a corner shop across the road. The room advertised is at the back of the house and overlooks the large tranquil garden. A bi-weekly cleaner is included but each person is required to keep shared areas tidy and clean after using it. A gym area is included in the shared areas, at no extra cost. Nurses are welcome and females are preferred. Pets will be considered as I'm an animal lover myself. Message me for any questions.
