I am renting my my large beautiful newly refurbished basement . The home has a camera video on front door. All the security checks up to date, Fire safery ,gas ,electricity safe, carbon monoxide, public liability insurance. It is fully furnished to high specification.
To share a very large bathroom with large bath and shower. Separate cubicle shower which is for the tenent only. To share a large kitchen diner which has all usual amenities washing machine dishwasher air fryer cooker microwave conventional oven. In the basement there is a microwave, fridge freezer, toaster kettle coffe maker and dinner table for own private space when one requires personal space. All bills included in rent plus a Parking permit if needed. Im a friendly kind caring person and I feel this home would suit someone who likes personal space from time to time..
