Small double bedroom in maidstone town

My name is Ally, I'm an LGBTQ+ fulltime manufacturing worker and as of very recently I am searching for a new flatmate to join me in my flat in Maidstone. I live on the fifth floor (there is a lift) of an apartment block directly off of Gabriel's Hill, so it is in the centre of town and extremely close to pretty much everything Maidstone has to offer.

The room I am offering is unfurnished, with no ensuite, but the bathroom does have a bath/shower combo, with good water pressure. The flat has a large central room, with a kitchen, fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, a dining table and chairs, a sofa that can fold into a sofa bed, additional seating, a large TV and a balcony with bifold doors. I do not really use the communal area for anything other than eating, so it will be free more often than not. I do not cook much so there’s no overly fragrant cooking to deal with or supplies filling cupboards. I consider myself a friendly, polite and very relaxed person, I keep shared spaces clean and generally do not take up much room around the flat.

The building has no dedicated parking but there is a multistory carpark less than 5 minutes away that does monthly passes for just under £120. The flat is a five minute walk to Maidstone east and a ten minute walk to Maidstone west.
