About the house
large three bed mid terrace with a huge garden, including a 26ft summerhouse and fully equipped gym with internet (can be used by housemates when it is not being used as a WFH space), large lounge diner, good sized kitchen and standard bathroom (bath and shower over bath). Second downstairs bathroom / wet room with high pressure shower. Fast BT fibre broadband with every room guarantee and additional hubs.
Off road parking but free non permit street, 10 minute walk to moat park and the nearest supermarket and only two minutes to local shops and bus stop. About a 40 minute walk to town. We are pretty eco friendly, with solar panels eco heating and hot water. Also have air conditioning for the summer.

About us,
We are a married (gay females 38 English and 45 Polish) couple both of whom are quiet, I mostly work from home with between 2-8 days per month in the London office and some occasional travel (mostly Germany, a few days at a time.) My partner has a hybrid working pattern that is flexible, sometimes 5days at home sometimes 5 days at work or a mixture of both. On back to back work days we do not come home for the evenings due to distance of each of our work places so with a busy hybrid lifestyle that means staying away from home when required our time at home is busy, I am an avid runner and hiker and my partner enjoys swimming and cooking.

You will also be sharing with one quiet male housemate in his 20's who works at a zoo and mostly spends his free time gaming, none of us are particularly social so it is not a party house, everyone tends to do their own things. our previous housemate lived here for 7 years before deciding to move in with a partner before Christmas.

We do have 3 cats and ask housemates to help with putting food down or litter trays if it happens that we are both away with work, its an occasional 5 minutes of anyone's time. We also have a snake, tortoise and a selection of geckos. So if you are a bit of a reptile fan or need a houseshare willing to accept a reptile pet this is ok, our housemate also has his own snake. We cannot accept dogs or additional cats as pets (we have a high anxiety cat to consider who does not like other cats,).
