The current tenant is a professional, male in his 40's and of Hungarian origin and is very clean, tidy and respectful. I'm interested in renting the room to someone of a similar nature.

The flat, which overlooks the river Medway, is a 10 min walk from Maidstone town centre and 3 min walk from Maidstone West train station, which offers a high-speed (47 min) link into London's Kings Cross St. Pancras.

The price includes c. tax, water, service & maint. charges and high-speed broadband. The only additional cost would be electricity which is charged as per actuals. Landline telephone charges would also be extra.

Limited parking available on-street (restrictions apply) and at the nearby Lockmeadow complex.
