There is cabling to receive Freesat TV. Must be dog friendly as I have a standard poodle!

The house is situated in a quiet cul de sac of just 12 houses and will suit those who like to relax at the end of the day. Integrated washing machine, dishwasher and share of the fridge freezer. High speed WI-FI and TV in the living room. Very centrally placed location - 15mins to Maidstone town centre, 15 mins to the M20 and around 20 mins to Maidstone Hospital.

I will also give consideration to those looking for Mon-Fri rental only.
